What to do during the Off-season??

Besides working on the car, and getting in shape; one of the things that I like to do in my free time is hike the beautiful North Carolina Mountains
Every year during the off-season I’m faced with a lot of free time… A lot of that time is spent making sure our equipment is up to par for the upcoming season. And that is a very vital part of the success you might experience during the coming year, but you really do have to take a break at some point and really just have some fun and also prepare yourself for the upcoming season.
For instance, I always try to workout during the season but it gets hard when a lot of your time is spent working on the cars and traveling to different venues. So the offseason I really try to get myself in shape and right now I am in a very intense workout program to try to get myself in shape for the upcoming 2011 season. Besides that I like to spend the majority of my free time away from the shop, either on the golf course (when their isn’t 6-7 inches of snow on the ground) or maybe spend sometime out hiking the beautiful North Carolina Mountains like the picture on here.
But that time is depleting, as the season is less then 64 days away so we’ve got to get cracking on getting the cars ready and preparing them for the March 19 race at New Smyrna Speedway! In the meantime if you are looking for something to do make sure you checkout MitiGatorinc.com!
